To get started, complete the pre-application questionnaire no later than 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 to verify eligibility.
Eligible applicants who pass the pre-application questionnaire can complete an online Expression of Interest (EOI) no later than 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on Monday, March 24, 2025.
In mid-May 2025, a selection of invited applicants will receive an email to register and apply for the program. The deadline to register online is 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on Thursday, May 29, 2025. Once registered, you will have access to the application platform. Please log in immediately to allow yourself time to respond to all the requirements and address any technical issues that may arise.
The deadline to submit applications and supporting materials is 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on Thursday, June 5, 2025.
The Bellagio Residency Program team will review each submission to check for completeness and ensure it complies with application requirements and rules.
Applications will be evaluated by members of our Expert Panel using the Evaluation Rubric in Summer 2025.
